We proudly deliver orders nationwide across the United States. Same Day Shipping on all orders placed before 2:30 pm EST Mondays to Fridays. Expect swift processing as we use USPS Priority Mail, Express, or UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, AND Saturday Delivery.
- On Saturdays, please ensure orders are placed before 8:00 am EST for same-day shipping for USPS items ONLY. We ship whenever the post office is open to swiftly dispatch your items.
- NOTE: UPS Air items will NOT be shipped on Saturdays unless Saturday delivery is purchased. UPS Ground items will ship on Saturdays. So if you miss the cutoff on Friday, your UPS order will ship on Monday.

Please note that we have a no-return policy in place. For easy tracking, feel free to monitor your order directly through the chat window located at the bottom right of our website. Your order will be on its way to you in no time!
Refund Policy
- This is a food item, We can't refund/cancel your order once the product is shipped.
- If the customer puts the wrong address, we can't refund it.
- If you wish to cancel an order before the postage has been printed, please send us a chat through this website before 11 am Mon-Fri or 7 am Sat (make the subject CANCEL ORDER ) and we will fully refund your order. We strive to get orders out to our customers as soon as possible. Once it has shipped, we will NOT be able to issue a refund.

The payment provider of our website deducts 2.9% + 30¢ of the transaction amount which is non-refundable. If we issue a refund at the customers request this fee cannot be refunded.
